1. Call or Email Us
You can call our office by dialing 602-730-4450 or emailing [email protected]. Our office staff will respond within 48 business hours. You can also fill out the contact form below.
2. Schedule Your Session
When you speak to our office staff, they’ll ask you for some general background information, including why you’re seeking services and whether you’d like to use insurance. Based on that information and appointment availability, they’ll recommend one of our therapists. You can also request a specific therapist. Next, you’ll let us know whether you’d like to see your therapist in person or online. We’ll verify your insurance and schedule you for the next available appointment.
3. Before Your Appointment
Once your first appointment has been scheduled, you’ll receive an email that includes a link to our confidential portal. Log in and complete the requested forms before you arrive for your session.
4. Meet Your Therapist
Your first therapy session will be used to gather information about you and your mental health history. We’ll ask questions about your reasons for coming to therapy so we can learn how to best help you on your journey.
