Regan Ponton is a practicum doctoral student pursuing a degree in Clinical Psychology at Northern Arizona University. She has the privilege of working under the supervision of Dr. Linsey Lancellotti. Prior to this, Regan received a bachelor's of science degree in psychology from Arizona State University.

Regan believes that growth happens in collaboration with one another. She looks forward to working alongside clients to explore what matters most while providing them with the resources they need to thrive. She blends a compassionate, person-centered approach with practical, hands-on strategies. Her goal is to help clients understand their unique strengths while equipping them with the everyday tools they need to navigate difficult emotions, find balance, and flourish.
