Lauren is a counseling practicum student working on her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MS) at Grand Canyon University. She is training and under the supervision of Amanda Robinson, LPC. Lauren is seeking to help individuals find healing, self-compassion, and acceptance in life through a uniquely tailored and collaborative therapeutic process. Lauren's approach is integrative with an emphasis on humanistic, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral modalities. Lauren's clinical interests include anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
