Abrianna Lawrence, BA
Master’s Candidate Therapist
Abrianna is a Counseling Intern at Sentience, finishing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. She is under the supervision of Amanda Robinson, LPC.
Abrianna believes in a holistic approach to healing. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in skill building, emotional regulation, and managing maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. She also draws on existential therapy, helping clients explore questions of meaning, freedom, responsibility, and the values that shape their life’s direction. This integration allows Abrianna to help individuals address immediate concerns while also making space for deeper healing and discovering what gives their life purpose.
Abrianna strives to create a compassionate, non‐judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to make authentic choices. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, and grief and loss.
